Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist the Supporting Manager and General Manager in basic operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include managing a scheduled shift and ensuring that basic operations standards are met through speed of service, accuracy of orders, quality of product, and friendly, courteous service to every customer.
Supporting Manager
The Supporting Manager does just that … support the General Manager in the overall operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest quality of product, service, and fiscal responsibility. You will also assist in the supervising and training of all hourly employees and upholding the standards set forth in the QSC Book.
General Manager
